Ikea Steps Up | Buy

We like Ikea, but most of their furniture looks like... well, like you got it from Ikea, which telegraphs that you have modernist tastes but not much of a budget. But this new Tirup Chair [$350] with its chrome base and tweedy fabric reads a little more high-end, like something you'd find at BoConcept. Obviously influenced by mid-century modernism without being a blatant knock-off of any iconic piece. Great colour, too. Let's see more of this sort of thing.
