Zune 80GB | Wait

Let's get the bad news out of the way first: The Zune software is bloated and underpowered; expect to spend hours with an ID3 tag editor, and God help you if you try to load up music from more than one computer. The bundled earbuds are as crap as you'd expect. All that said, the sound quality of the Zune is outstanding, the screen is stunning, battery life is great, and the interface is clean and usable. If they ever make software that intelligently handles filenames, and supports simple drag and drop without forcing you through an awkward collection/sync process, we'll recommend it without hesitation. As it stands, this device is for patient tech-savy users only.
