Most LEGO enthusiasts are at some level wannabe architects, so it's pretty damned exciting to see their architecture model series culminate with this: the LEGO Architecture Studio
[$150], a giant crate of over 1200 white and clear bricks (the latter for fenestration—that's what architects call windows, you know) and a 272-page book developed in conjunction with leading architects and model makers that is unlike any other LEGO instruction book. Instead of step-by-steps for a specific model, you're presented with exercises and inspiration for understanding architecture and exploring your own creativity. Not recommended for anyone with white carpets who likes to walk around barefoot.
